My Little Explorers Forest School kindergarten and nursery is a wonderful outdoor alternative to traditional indoor nurseries and pre-schools. Each setting is a secure natural space where children can develop their imagination, take risks and build on social skills. With the support of Early Years and Forest School practitioners children learn in a natural environment and they have the freedom and space to be themselves – to run and hide, climb and build dens, tell stories and cook on the campfire. Every day is different as our outdoor settings change from season to season creating new learning opportunities.
They have ingeniously utilised our geodomes to establish an immersive experience centre for their young clients. The Forest School kindergarten and nursery offer an exceptional outdoor alternative to traditional indoor childcare facilities. These secure natural spaces provide children with opportunities to foster their imagination, take calculated risks, and develop social skills. Supported by Early Years and Forest School practitioners, children thrive in this natural environment, where they can freely be themselves – running, hiding, climbing, constructing dens, sharing stories, and even cooking over a campfire. Each day brings fresh experiences as the outdoor settings transform with the seasons, presenting new avenues for learning. Most recently, the dome has been repurposed to host the annual Food Hygiene Level 2 award, delivered in the great outdoors. This demonstrates the versatility of our domes, catering to a multitude of needs.
