TruDomes was founded with a simple ambition: to create premium British-manufactured geodesic domes that help businesses build unforgettable outdoor experiences.

TruDomes Founded
TruDomes was founded in 2017 with a vision to create high-quality, innovative geodesic domes designed to transform outdoor spaces and experiences. From the very beginning, our focus has been on combining quality, comfort and versatility to help bring unique glamping and hospitality destinations to life.
First Glamping Show
Our first Glamping Show marked an exciting milestone for TruDomes, giving us the opportunity to showcase our domes, meet new people and connect with others across the glamping industry. It was the beginning of an exciting journey that would see us return year after year.
Joined Made in Britain
Joining Made in Britain was an important milestone for TruDomes, proudly recognising our commitment to British manufacturing. It reinforced our dedication to quality, craftsmanship and creating our geodesic domes right here in the UK.
First Dome Sale
Our first dome sale to Gayton Farm marked a special milestone in the TruDomes journey. Seeing one of our domes become part of a real customer site was an exciting moment and the beginning of many more successful projects to come.
First International Export (Villa Almond – Malaga Spain)
Our first international export to Villa Almond in Málaga marked an exciting step forward for TruDomes. Taking our domes beyond the UK allowed us to bring the TruDomes experience to an international audience and opened the door to new opportunities around the world.
Leicester Festival (First Event Dome)
A major moment in the TruDomes journey was the sale of our first event dome – an impressive 18m structure supplied to The Gardens. This project showcased the scale and versatility of our structures and marked an important step forward in our journey within the events industry.
Award-Winning Manufacturer
TruDomes was proud to receive a Highly Recommended award for Best Bespoke Manufacturer, recognising our commitment to creating high-quality, tailored dome solutions. Launch of Star Sleeper (Make 1)
The launch of our first Star Sleeper marked an exciting new chapter for TruDomes. Designed to offer guests a unique and immersive way to experience the outdoors, it combined the comfort of luxury accommodation with unforgettable views of the night sky.
Release of 4.4 Dome
At the 2021 Glamping Show, TruDomes proudly launched our first 4.4m dome. Compact, versatile and designed with guest comfort in mind, the new dome expanded our range and marked another exciting milestone in the growth of TruDomes.
Permanent onsite show dome
The launch of our permanent onsite geodesic dome marked an exciting step forward for TruDomes. Designed for long-term use, it showcased the durability, versatility and potential of our structures as a permanent solution for unique spaces and experiences.
TruDomes USA Launched
The launch of TruDomes USA marked a major milestone in our journey, taking the TruDomes brand across the Atlantic and into an exciting new market. It opened the door to new opportunities, allowing us to bring our British-made geodesic domes to even more customers around the world.

Becoming a member of MUTA marked another important milestone for TruDomes, strengthening our connection with the temporary structures and events industry. Membership reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism and maintaining high standards across everything we do.
Launch of Star Sleeper (Make 2)

Bringing a new level of luxury to the TruDomes experience, the launch of our Luxe En-Suite Bathroom offered guests greater comfort and convenience. Designed to complement our accommodation domes, it helped create a more complete and premium glamping experience.
